Thermal Plant ,10 kms from Şırnak center in Maden site , has EMRA
licence and IAE report . the construction of the plant will start in 6 months.
To fulfil energy requirements of the country from domestic resources and to
decrease external dependence in energy supply security and evaluate asphaltite
reserve in Şirnak , the company has gone into certain partnership with different
partners to invest in thermal plant.
The Fluid Bed Thermal Plant Project with appropriate national and international
environment criterias and supporting Project will both fulfil the need of
electricity power from domestic market, decrease the unemployment rate in
Şırnak, the highest umemployment rated city in Turkey and support the progress
in the region . This Project and the others are the biggest investments of
private sector in the region.
